If an item is out of stock we may send a substitute item. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.
To place an order simply click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button to add the chosen item to your shopping cart. Before you complete the checkout process you will have the opportunity to review your purchases, and amend where necessary. When you complete the checkout process you are agreeing to a contract. Payment is processed at the time of placing the order. You will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from GiftyCorner. You are responsible for reading the item description, including our Terms and Conditions which include our Privacy Notice and Delivery policy.
Payment will be done by a third party (PayPal) who is using a secure payment system. PayPal is the faster, safer way to pay online. Sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number are kept hidden from the recipient. To help safeguarding you against identity theft, every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming your transaction. Pay online through PayPal, which is a very secure payment method. Orders are approved after receiving the money on our PayPal account.
Delivery charges area not included in the posted items’ prices and vary accordingly, based on each product weight and destination. Shipping will be executed by a third party delivery company based in Cyprus. It’s the responsibility of the buyer to supply us with correct address details and phone number of the recipient. The Delivery company might decline the order if no phone number of recipient is included in the order details.
We deliver only to the following places in Cyprus:
- Nicosia (not to the Mountains Area)
- Larnaca Area
- Limassol (not to the Mountains Area)
- Paphos (not to Coral Bay and further)
- Famagusta Area (Ayia Napa, Paralimni, Protaras, etc.)
However, if your area is not covered for home delivery, you have the option to select one of your nearest courier offices for picking up your order, in the checkout process.

Weight up to 2Kg:
€3.10 for Nicosia
€7.20 for other districts
Weight between 2-5Kg:
€4.20 for Nicosia
€8 for other districts
Weight between 5-10Kg:
€5.50 for Nicosia
€8.90 for other districts
If you place your order before 12:00 pm it will be delivered the following day, otherwise it will be delivered two days after the purchase. Delivery can only take place from Mondays to Saturdays. If an order is placed before 12:00 on Saturday it will be delivered the next Monday. Delivery days DO NOT include public holidays (e.g Christmas Day, New Years Day, 1st of May and others).
We are not responsible for any damage after the recipient received the order.
No cancellations and no returns are acceptable. Please be sure that you have chosen to buy the right product before proceeding to checkout and payment section.
If one of the ordered products are out of stock we will use another product with the same price or close to that price. We will always make the total order for the same price as ordered.
